I hadn't ridden a bike since grade school; therefore, I knew nothing about shifting and how to truly ride a bike. The instructors were excellent. They taught me the proper techniques and also kept the classes exciting at the same time. It was by far the most physically demanding exercise classes I’ve ever been through, but achievable at the same time.

I have been "away" from cycling for 4 years and needed a boost to get back into it and I refuse to go to a gym to ride a stationary bike. This is taking the gym outside and getting me back into something I used to love. Thank you Bike I Like!! See you on the road.
