Outdoor REALITY Spin classes! BIKEILIKE.com is proud to announce the first ever set of outdoor REALITY ROAD spin classes available nationwide, right here in the Ozarks. Ranging from beginner for those who are just starting out to intermediate and advanced levels as well as private lessons for those wanting one on one coaching. We're very excited to offer a 6 week long program beginning on May 27th, 2008. With 5 different levels in each of the 3 categories there is sure to be one just for you. We will evaluate your skill level to assure placement in the correct class and along with that we provide every 6 students with an experienced instructor who will not only take you on the most enjoyable rides throughout the Ozarks but will also guide you with professional instruction in how to increase your own skill level in just 6 short weeks. Our instructors will also teach you the ropes in the how to's of cycling along with safety and being a courteous rider. Rides will range from 5 to 62 miles in length and from relaxing leisurely rides on flat open roads to aggressive hill climbs for those looking for that heart pounding challenge. During your first ride if your instructor feels as though you should be placed into a different class we will suggest that you do so to insure the highest level of success and to make certain your experience with BIKEILIKE.com is successful. We want nothing more than for you to have the most enjoyable experience riding with BIKEILIKE.com. Prices start from just 280.00 for the 6 week class depending on the level and we encourage you to sign up for as many classes as you wish. There will be one ride per week for the class pricing. You will be provided with a personal training schedule to download in .pdf format from the website for the remaining days of your week including nutritional information, diet plans and general information on stretching, warm up and cool down, hydration and how to listen to what your body is telling you. At the end of the 6 week program we will end your class with everyone taking part in the BIKEILIKE.com Time Trials event. To enable you to see just how far you have come in a race against the clock and to give you a point of reference of what you have accomplished. It will be a fun filled event for everyone to take part in.
